Introduction

GitDash turns your GitHub Actions runs and pull requests into delivery metrics — DORA, reliability, cost and team health — on infrastructure you run yourself. It reads GitHub with each person's own token, so nobody sees more than GitHub already lets them see.

Repositories: every repository with status, success rate, recent runs and p95 duration
📊

Delivery metrics

DORA four keys per repository, pull-request cycle time, workflow reliability and performance, with drill-downs down to a single step.

Alerts that explain themselves

Rules on CI and people metrics, delivered in the browser, by email or to Slack, plus a weekly leadership digest.

👥

Team health

Reviewer load, bus factor, workload risk and a one-click 1:1 prep sheet — framed as conversation starters.

🔐

Access you control

In organization mode an admin decides which groups see which features, and the server enforces it.
