Health scorecard
/org/[org]/health (the Health scorecard button on Repositories) ranks every repository worst first as Healthy, Watch or At risk, combining its DORA level with bus-factor risk, and shows the estate distribution and median score. Repositories without enough activity are left out, and scores computed from partial data say so. Needs healthScorecard.
